Overview The Support Plans section of ALP is a B.Y.O.F. (Bring Your Own Form) section. This means you can upload your existing plan’s or choose from our template. Simply upload your existing document in its current native format and we take care of securely storing, and displaying your plan to users of sufficient privilege within the ALP. When plan’s are uploaded notification’s are sent in ALP informing staff of plan changes. The ALP also tracks staff interaction with these plan’s for reporting through the Plan Reporting Feature.
Integration with Plan Reporting All Interaction with any plan is recorded and can be retrieved using the Plan Reporting tool. This feature allows you to see for a range of dates and times, how long staff have spent reviewing each plan.
